First ever National Adaptive Mountain Biking Conference 2016

  • Disability Sport and Recreation Victoria 341 George St Fitzroy, VIC Aastralia (map)

Join the discussion about the developing sport of off-road handcycling at Australia’s first Adaptive Mountain Biking Conference in Melbourne on June 18th 2016.

Join us Saturday 18 June at Disability Sport and Recreation, 341 George St, Ftizroy, VIC or watch the live stream from 9:30am

Presented by Break the Boundary and proudly supported by Disability Sports Australia and Disability Sport and Recreation Victoria, the conference is a chance to learn about what’s happening in Australia and around the world with this new, developing sport and recreational activity.

The 2016 Adaptive MTB Conference is also an opportunity to take part in the discussion and steering of Australian Adaptive MTB in general.

The workshop aspect of the event will include discussions on a host of topics – from events, equipment, programs and funding to MTB integration, coaching, personal adventures and more – with key MTB, Adaptive MTB and disabled-sports stakeholders, led by Andrew Liddawi, founder of Break the Boundary and one of Australian Adaptive MTB’s key participants and drivers.
