New Zealand Wheelchair Rugby Seeking Head Coach

NZ Wheelchair Rugby is seeking applications for the role of Head Coach for the New Zealand National Team, namely the Wheel Blacks.

The applicant will have an understanding of the game of wheelchair rugby and team performance.

You’ll work with athletes from diverse levels of experience, so your excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team will be valuable assets in this role. Planning and organising a programme to achieve success internationally is key to this role. 

Term of Appointment

The term of appointment will be effective from completion of the 2016 Paralympic Games to completion of the World Championships 2018.

Pending a successful review at the conclusion of the 2018 World Championships, the coach may be offered a further extension, by mutual agreement between themselves and NZWR, and through to the 2020 Paralympics.
