Whatever your current level get involved in the ILST Program. 

Across all five days your child's goals could include the following: 

• Work on swimming fundamentals to suit their current ability 
• Develop children's water safety skills 
• Prepare for school swim carnivals 
• Have fun, get fit and meet some new friends 

Confidence in the water is important for all young people, for fitness, safety and inclusion in many community and family activities. It is never too late to start, and feel free to discuss your goals with Head Swim Coach, Lauren Hansen. 

Event Details

When: Monday 16 - Friday 20 April 2018 

Time: 14:00 - 16:30 for all ages 

Where: Ron Patrick Memorial Pool, 5 Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest 

Cost: 5 day program is $20 per session or $100 for full week
