Partner With Us

Participation in sport doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because the systems around sport are built to enable it.

Disability Sports Australia works with partners across sport, government and industry to build those systems and increase participation for people with disability across Australia.

Participation matters

We strengthen how sport works so participation can happen consistently across communities.

We work nationally across government, sporting organisations and local clubs to improve how sport is delivered so people with disability can take part.

A significant part of our role is building the capability of others, including clubs, coaches and organisations, with lived experience embedded throughout.

Participation does not increase through one-off activity. It increases when systems work.

Why partner with us

Partnering with Disability Sports Australia means investing in the systems that make participation possible. Not just a single event or campaign.

We bring together more than 65 years of organised disability sport in Australia, working across government, major sporting organisations and local clubs.

Our national campaigns reach more than one million Australians.

Current partners include the Australian Sports Commission, Bupa, Paralympics Australia, Variety Victoria and a network of national sporting organisations.

Participation that lasts

High performance depends on a participation base that works.

That base is built locally through clubs, coaches and community sport environments designed to support participation.

We strengthen that system so participation is possible in more places, more often.

As Australia moves toward Brisbane 2032, investment in participation now shapes what comes next.

We work with a small number of partners each year who are committed to increasing participation at scale. If that is your organisation, we should talk.
